Clean data, or the CRM was pointless
We don't sell you a CRM. We fix the database going into the one you have — or the one you're moving to. CRM Anvil is the layer underneath your platform, not another platform.

What's your data health score?
One number, then the ranked list behind it. Synthetic sample below, from a database of 11,412 contacts.

|---|---|---|
| Duplicate contact clusters | 3,214 | Critical |
| Invalid / unformatted phone numbers | 2,878 | Critical |
| Bounced or disposable emails | 1,402 | High |

| Records with no owner | 742 | Low |
Recognition
11,000 contacts. 3,200 of them are the same people.
Every import, every trade show list, every rep with their own spelling habits. Each ring below is one customer stored several times over.

Core capability
Mohammed, Muhammad and Mohamed are one customer
Fuzzy matching across name, email, phone and company, with a confidence score on every proposed merge. You set the threshold for auto-merge and what comes to review.

Colour plus a percentage on every row. Nobody merges 11,000 records on a colour alone.
The differentiator
Built for Arabic names
Transliteration variants, multi-part name structures, honorifics, and Arabic-script and Latin-script records for the same person — collapsed into one record instead of six.
Variant spellings are retained as aliases so future imports match on the first pass.
Practical value
Every phone number in one format
E.164 conversion, country inference, email validity, disposable-address detection and bounce checks — so campaigns stop failing silently.
| Before | After | Status | |

Proof
Before and after
"We had three spellings of half our customers. The audit found it in a day and the report was specific enough to argue with."
"Migration ran as a dry run first, so the go-live was boring. That's the highest compliment I have for this kind of work."
Objections
Questions we get before every engagement
+Where is our data processed, and how is it secured?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, processed in a scoped environment with named-staff access only, and deleted on completion. We will never ask you for a password — access is a read-only export or a scoped key you can revoke.
+Is any of this reversible?
Yes. Every merge is logged with the rule and confidence that produced it, and each one has a reversal path. Migrations keep the source system intact until you sign off.
+How accurate is the matching?
Each proposed merge carries a numeric confidence score. You choose the auto-merge threshold; anything below it comes to a review queue instead of being decided for you.
+Which platforms do you support?
Spreadsheets, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo and most systems that expose an export or an API. If yours is unusual, the audit tells us before you commit to anything.
+Is there a record limit?
Standard pricing covers up to 100,000 records. Above that we quote on volume — see the pricing page for tier behaviour.
+Will there be downtime during a migration?
Cutover happens in a scheduled window, usually out of hours. Typical live-write pause is under an hour; the dry run tells us the real number in advance.
+Who owns the cleaned output?
You do, entirely. You receive the cleaned dataset, the merge log and the report. We retain nothing after completion.
